In this new role, Ratnathicam will lead Technosylva's marketing, brand, regulatory, corporate strategy, and mergers and acquisitions work.
Ratnathicam joins at a critical time for electric utilities and fire agencies, as they face unprecedented challenges from wildfires and extreme weather. Ratnathicam's extensive experience, spanning 25 years at the intersection of technology and energy efficiency, will be instrumental in advancing Technosylva's unique capabilities to meet these critical industry needs. Prior to joining Technosylva, Ratnathicam served as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Uplight, guiding their software solutions that connected energy customers to power providers with the mutual goals of energy savings and lower costs.
Previously, Ratnathicam was the VP of Marketing & Strategy at FirstFuel, where he helped lead the company to become the global leader in utility business customer engagement. He also served as a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group, focused on growth strategies, marketing, and sales for high-tech and energy clients.
