June 25, 2024 – Southern States LLC, a leading provider of Electric Utility Products and Services, is pleased to announce the appointment of John Paserba as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2024. Raj Anand takes on the role of Executive Chairman. With over 35 years of experience in the electrical industry with a focus on transmission and distribution products, John Paserba brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of leadership to Southern States LLC. He has a distinguished career, having held several senior executive roles where he has driven significant growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
 

Prior to joining Southern States, Mr. Paserba served as the Vice President of Mitsubishi Electrical Power Products Inc. (MEPPI), Power Systems Group, which includes, products such as High Voltage Gas Breakers, Substations, Transformers, Medium Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breakers and Power Electronics based FACTS devices.
