New York, NY – Heatmap News today announced it is doubling down on coverage of clean energy project development and investment with the launch of Heatmap Pro, a new professional platform for clean energy sponsors, decision makers, and stakeholders.
Heatmap Pro will offer two subscription tiers, including a premium news subscription featuring reporting and analysis of the major projects and political trends shaping the clean energy development landscape. In tandem, a subscription to the Pro platform integrates 15+ data sources to forecast local support and opposition facing clean energy projects anywhere in the United States.
“The projects that will advance the energy transition already have the funding, the incentives, and the blueprints. But permitting and community opposition all too often derail these initiatives,” said Nico Lauricella, Heatmap Editor-in-Chief. “We’ve interviewed the developers and investors behind some of the nation’s largest clean energy projects and designed a game-changing platform that helps sponsors understand political risk during site selection, M&A, and stakeholder engagement. As we build out Heatmap Pro, we are committed to providing the same high quality, trusted insights Heatmap News readers have come to expect from our reporting, to our new Pro platform.”
Heatmap Pro will have a dedicated team of journalists that will be announced this summer. While the current Heatmap News team will collaborate with Heatmap Pro journalists, their focus will continue to primarily be the site’s existing flagship subscription of award-winning reporting, newsletters, podcasts, and events.
“Since Heatmap’s launch last year, we’ve regularly reported on the projects driving the energy transition. We’ve also prioritized data insights through our Heatmap Climate Poll. Pro is a natural extension of these efforts and will dramatically expand our reach into the community of stakeholders building the nation’s clean energy future,” said Randy Siegel, President of Heatmap.
Demos of the Pro platform can be requested at www.heatmap.news/pro.
