- The data come from a new report by GTM Research and the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA).
- The total solar PV capacity in the U.S. stands at 4,427 MW, and concentrating solar power facilities add 516 MW.
“Installations have grown by 85 percent in the last year,” said Rhone Resch, president and CEO of SEIA.
