- NET Power LLC has developed a new gas-fired process called the Allam Cycle that uses oxyfuel, high pressure and supercritical carbon dioxide.
- Net Power says its process “inherently produces pipeline-ready CO2 for sequestration or use in enhanced oil recovery (EOR) without reducing plant efficiency or increasing costs.”

The four companies say they will create a 25 MW natural-gas plant that they expect to open in late 2014 or early 2015.
