President Obama announced on Saturday that he plans to move on new plans to curb climate change, and some of the first steps, which could be announced as soon as this week, include carbon emissions limits on existing power plants, Bloomberg reports.
Obama indicated that he would make a larger announcement on June 25 at Georgetown University but laid out his goals broadly via YouTube.
