DTE Energy has issued a request for proposals that is part of the company's plan to continue to add Michigan-based renewable power to its energy portfolio over the next two years.
DTE Energy is seeking about 100 MW of renewable energy from Michigan-based wind projects that will be operating by the end of 2013.
To meet the state's renewable energy goals, DTE Energy expects to add about 1,000 MW, or 10%, from renewable resources by 2015.
