When U.S. Rep. Mike Ross, D-Ark., leaves Congress in January, he will move to a position as the Southwest Power Pool's senior vice president for government affairs and public relations, SPP has announced.
Ross is in his sixth term and sits on the House Energy and Commerce Committee. He announced last year that he would not run again this year.
