- Terrence Ronan is taking the post of executive vice president - chief financial officer at Boston-based Atlantic Power Corp. He has been at Plains All American Pipeline, L.P.
- The company has interests in 31 operational power generation projects across 11 states and two Canadian provinces and an 84-mile, 500-kV electric transmission line located in California. The generation stations produce a total of 2,140 MW.
- The company said that Ronan will have "a central role in the development and execution of Atlantic Power's operational and strategic initiatives" in addition to overseeing finances.

Atlantic Power Corp. announced that Terrence Ronan has been appointed executive vice president – chief financial officer, effective Aug. 20. In this position, Ronan will be responsible for all of finance-related functions as well as playing a central role in the development and execution of Atlantic Power's operational and strategic initiatives. Ronan succeeds Lisa Donahue, who has served as the company's interim chief financial officer since July, 2011. Donahue will continue to be available as a consultant to the company for transition. ...
