AES Corp. announced on Friday that it will set up its new U.S. headquarters in Indianapolis, where Indianapolis Power & Light Co. CEO Ken Zagzebski will take over as president of AES' U.S. strategic business unit the Associated Press reports. He will retain his title as CEO at the Indiana utility.
AES is based out of Arlington, Va. and oversees operations in 23 countries, including the U.S.
